Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping
A shipping rate of R105,00 will be charged on all orders with the exception on the below mentioned areas.
Please note that surcharges will be applicable as listed below. These surcharges will have to be paid before the order will be dispatched to the relevant location.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping, please reach out to us on info@ourearth.co.za to discuss any international orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from our courier company which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status. If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ourearth.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be delivered.
